The Seasonal creates edible installations for all sorts of occasions from brand launches and art openings to private functions.

 

SOPHIE MUNNS, SEED LANGUAGE EXHIBITION

 

 

For Artist Sophie Munns' Seed Language exhibition edible offerings depicted Seed Dispersal, Pods and Flowers.  For Seed Dispersal, a mobile of the Australian native Davidson's Plum showcased the aerodynamic structure of the seeds while guests enjoyed some morsels made from the plums below. Pods harnessed the goodness contained in each protective capsule and Flowers represented biodiversity with an assortment of seed biscuits served on nasturtium leaf plates.

 

RUBY PHYLLIS POP UP OPENING

 

 

 

Ruby Phyllis is renowned for its premier range of whimsical tops with invisible threads. In line with this, Pink Lady Apple platters were made to highlight Raddichio wraps, depicting the labels latest designs of intractely wrapped colourful accessories.

 

PRIVATE FUNCTION

 

Nourishing fruit salads were simply colour coded for a baby shower afternoon tea with fruits of colours representative of new life being boy or girl. Coming-out-of-their-shell Madeleine's also formed part of the edible offerings, cooked and served in real shells.
